Global Dance Open Success - World Champions
Well, slap me with a medal and call me impressed! Our team just pulled off a spectacular show in The Netherlands, and we didn’t just qualify to represent England—we brought home Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals like they going out of style! Who knew all those hours of practice would pay off with a spot in the Gala and a title of Dancer of the Globe? These kids are not just amazing; they’re practically superheroes in disguise! Well done, team!
MATILDA THE MUSICAL SUCCESS!
We are incredibly proud of our superstar Oisin, who is currently captivating audiences as Bruce in the UK and Ireland Tour of Matilda the Musical. At just 12 years old, this talented young performer has already achieved the remarkable feat of being a World & Runner Up Champion in Musical Theatre. With his exceptional talent and dedication, a bright future undoubtedly lies ahead for him!
TOP 100!
Congratulations to Angelina for her remarkable achievement! At just 13 years old, she has made it to the top100 dancers in the prestigious UK Theatre Dancer Competition, showcasing her incredible talent and hard work. Being the youngest to reach the National Top100 is truly an inspiration. We can't wait to see what the future holds for this talented young lady!
WORLD SUCCESS AT THE GLOBAL DANCE OPEN FINALS -BIRMINGHAM
Congratulations to Team England for their outstanding performance at the 2025 Global Dance Open World Finals! Bringing home Silver, Bronze, and securing 4th and 5th places is a remarkable achievement. The talent on display was incredible and our pride in our dancers is immense. Well done to each and every one of you!
JOFFREY BALLET SCHOOL SUCCESS!
Congratulations to our amazing Lucy! We are so proud to share she was scouted by the prestigious Joffrey Ballet School during the Can You Dance Super Convention after a fantastic workshop. Lucy has been offered a spot in their Summer School and training program, marking an incredible feat in her dance journey!
UK YOUNG DANCER GRAND FINAL
What a day to remember at the All England UK Young Theatre Dancer Grand Finals at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden! The on display was so off the charts, I half expected the judges to start handing out gold stars like candy! Betsy was absolutely fabulous—she even got a "wow" from Wayne Sleep, which is basically the equivalent of a standing ovation from the Queen! Here she is with the legendary judges Dame Arlene Phillips, Matt Cole, and Etta Murfitt, who must have had a tough time deciding because let’s face it, every kid was a superstar today!
VE CELEBRATION STAR
Congratulations to Aidan for sharing the stage with the incredible Katherine Jenkins at The Royal Albert Hall during the VE Celebrations! It was an unforgettable performance alongside the D-Day Darlings, and we couldn't be prouder of his achievement!

Congratulations to Angelina! At just 14 years old, she has been crowned the National Next Generation Spotlight Award winner in Dance & Performance, accepting her title at a packed O2 Arena in London during the prestigious NEA Awards. This is an incredible achievement, and we couldn't be prouder! Keep shining, Angelina!

Congratulations to Aidan on this incredible achievement! It's inspiring to see him take flight on his journey towards a full-time vocational position. The opportunity to receive a full scholarship for the "Emerging Talent Program" at Italia Conti is truly remarkable. We are all so proud of his dedication and success!

Hold onto your dance shoes, folks! We’ve got some jaw-dropping news: 11 of our fabulous students, aged 10-16, are strutting their stuff all the way to the Global Dance Open World Finals in the Netherlands this July! That’s right, they’ll be representing England and probably making the rest of us look like we’re still trying figure out the Macarena. We’re bursting with pride—just don’t ask us to join in on the dance!

Big shoutout to Alesha, Betsy, Demi, and Tianna for strutting their stuff and representing VTS at the IDTA Theatre Dance Awards! Out of a whopping 7,000 from all over Europe, these girls danced their way to the top. And let’s give round of applause to Betsy for making it to the finals—talk about stealing the spotlight! Tianna's off to conquer the Musical Theatre pathway, while Demi, Ava-Grace, and Ruby are ready to dance their way into the spotlight. Valentino’s do it again!
Hold onto your hats, folks! Betsy and Konor just snagged full scholarships to the fancy Wilkes Academy of Performing Arts! They’ll be off training in September, and while we’ll miss their shenanigans around here, we’re over the moon for them—just try not to forget us little people when you’re famous! Congrats, you two!
AIDAN PERFORMS ON THE ONE SHOW!
We’re bursting with pride for Aidan, who just stole the show on the One Show with the DDay Darlings! He and the cast belted out "We’ll Meet Again" so beautifully, we half-expected the audience to start throwing roses. Aidan is truly the superstar of VTS, proving once again that he can shine brighter than a disco ball at a dance party. Bravo, Aidan!
